Issues PAC
As a 501 (c) 6 nonprofit entity, AACSC is prohibited from using general account funds such as membership dues or other revenue to contribute to our PAC efforts, therefore, AACSC depends on the individual, voluntary contributions of each of its members.
Actively engaging in the political arena is a long, and on-going process. When cities bring forth ballot initiatives and legislative measures that aren’t in the best interest of property owners, the AACSC Issues PAC implements strategies that raise awareness, and lobbies to protect the rights and interests of our members and everyone in the multi-family, rental housing industry overall.
We are all in this together, so we strongly encourage you, our members, to do your part and give what you are able and add your voice to our continued efforts. Your generous donations to the PAC sub-committees ensure that the rental housing industry will remain strong for years to come. AACSC will continue to be proactive in creating new alliances, engaging more politicians in meaningful and industry-centered conversations, and in growing our influence overall.
