The rental housing industry requires of a variety of vendors who provide services they need. The Product Service Counsel (PSC) membership is geared towards individuals and businesses that provide products and/or services. These include, attorneys, accountants, plumbers, contractors, painters, realtors, remediation, cleaning, and product suppliers.
The PSC membership includes:

The value of the Referral Rewards to be totaled and credited to the membership of the Referring Member for the following calendar year. The program will restart each year and the remaining unused credits will not carry over into the following year.
It is the responsibility of the Referring Member (RM) to notify and provide AACSC with the contact information of the New Referred Member (NRM). AACSC will also ask all new members if they were referred by a current member.
The Referring Member (RM) may notify AACSC by phone, email, fax or chat message. The Referring Member (RM) shall provide the following information: Company Name, Contact Name, Company Type, Phone & Email Address.
AACSC will record the Referring Member (RM) & the New Referred Member (NRM) information in GoldMine or in an Excel spreadsheet. The specific information to be recorded and method to be specified later.

PSC stands for Product Service Council. PSC members are businesses that provide products and services to the apartment rental industry. Examples are realtors, plumbers, painters, carpet cleaning, electricians, windows, roofing, commercial laundry equipment, exterminators, lawyers, contractors, and mold removal.
Members in this PSC category usually advertise on the association’s website, in the printed publications, and in electronic communications.

Owners and property managers want to know if there is an item that needs repair in your home. If you have a problem with any of the items listed, you should:
• Contact the rental owner or property manager first. You should document your request in writing and keep a copy. If there is water intrusion, a water leak or any water damage occurring to the property, contact the owner or property manager immediately.
• Allow a reasonable period of time for repair. In most cases, the owner or property manager will begin working on your request shortly after it is made. Repairs are typically made during normal business hours. Some repairs may take longer than others to complete.
Current law indicates that 30 days is a reasonable period of time to address most repairs but it also depends on the nature of the repair. Accommodating requests for access to make repairs will help expedite the process. If you have waited a reasonable period of time and the requested repair has not been made, contact the Code Enforcement Division to file a complaint.
